Orders are often incorrect. Rarely if ever get through to a person, usually an answer phone. When I ask for a call back we never get it.

Service offers/ provides less than recommended levels as advised by the Coeliac UK organisation and ACBS. I feel that the system is cumbersome and much worse than my previous experience of GP led service in terms of user access.
