I was a patient on the day surgery of the Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham for a laparoscopy. The standard of care which I received was very good on all counts. You were seen by each member of staff separately (consultant, nurse, etc.) and were told exactly what would happen and given the chance to ask questions. All staff were friendly, approachable and knowledgeable.
