"Very calm and professional staff at Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Hospital"

About: Robert Jones & Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I walked into the main entrance at Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Hospital- a smiley face at reception takes my letter and tells me where I need to go.

I wait 2-3 minutes, name called, go in, weighed and measured. I sit down for 2 minutes and my name is is called and I go in and have the bone scan. I am on my way home before my appointment time of 3pm.

Very calm and professional staff.

extremely efficient as well.
