Well from a patients point of view nothing. You haven't bothered to talk to any of the registered patients at all in the months since you were awarded the contract.
Staff have left and we the patients have no idea what you have planned for us whilst MIU is moved in. When will be get the full-time permanent staff that we have lost in the last two and a half years? What is happening to our exisisting staff? When will we get a voice in any of this? No one asked us if we agreed with this merger they just asked ERYLINK whose members use the town surgeries not Wolds View.
We want to know what you are going to do to our surgery and in my opinion you have not made a good impression on any of us by putting up a poster which says nothing about patients views.
Kindly show us some courtesy and come and introduce yourselves to your patients and answer the questions we have about our services and our staff. Manners cost nothing but go a very long way. We are worried about our staff and our care and we need answers.
