What I liked

I was treated in Neurology from 2011-2012. My care could not have been better. The service was efficient, I was seen on time for every appointment and kept regularly informed about results and ongoing follow up via letter. The Doctor himself was excellent and explained things in a way I could understand and was very re-assuring. He had very good communication skills which is one of the key components of making you feel at ease. The facilities were very clean and I did not have to chase anything up myself, ie all appointments and results were given as promised.

What could be improved

I have nothing to comment on as my experience was very positive.
