What I liked
I took my daughter for day surgery I am disabled and use wheelchair we found the hospital very wheelchair unfriendly it took me 3 attempts to find a disabled toilet that was usable and then lock was broken signs are poor some just scrawled in marker pen
Next the room where my daughter was prep for her surgery was not very clean there was blood and other waste on floor
In Chatsworth suite the blanket had damp mould stains she was eventually offered a sandwich which was stale after several calls doctor turned up do discharg her after 2 hour's and did not even do discharg summary she finally left at 6.40
Not a very good experience for her was surprised that she was sent there as her local hospital is Swindon
What could be improved
Better signage
Toilet s that are usable
Doors that are easier to open
Lifts that work
"poor"
