What could be improved
Waiting times at the antenatal clinic are appalling. No explanantion for the delay given either. Staff being a bit rude. Waiting for 2 1/2 hours for a routine appointment, seriously? And it's not an exception as this was a second time I had to wait for this long. First time I had my toddler son with me, which was an experience I didn't want to repeat so this time I put him in a nursery for the afternoon (which I had to pay for!!!). Yet still this was not enough, as I had to leave after those wasted 2 1/2 hours without seeing anyone, to be able to collect my son from the nursery. So overall, wasted my time and money and didn't get any care!!! Does QCCH think that we have the whole day to waste just to wait every time for a routine appointment?
