"Poor care at Nottingham City Hospital"

I was a patient at the Nottingham City Hospital Clinic 5 for treatment of a post-operation wound after the removal of a bunion. The standard of care which I received whilst there was not as good as it should have been. I am a nurse practitioner and have been qualified for over 36 years, and so know the correct treatment for my problem. However, this was not given to me, despite telling the medical staff time and time again, until I had persevered for several weeks with the pain I was in. I feel saddened that a less assertive person would not even have had the treatment which I received.
