What could be improved

There was no empathy from either the reception staff or the medical/ nursing team.. I felt that it wasa completely impersonal and almost a violation of my human rights to be treated with respect and dignity.

Dear Anonymous – please accept my apologies for the unacceptable way in which you were treated by the reception and medical staff at Cossham Hospital. This is certainly not the attitude, or level of care, we would expect from any of our staff. I very much regret that you had such a poor experience and I have passed on your comments to the staff managers of the respective services so the matter can be addressed with the staff involved.

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to provide your feedback. I am sorry that we cannot change your experience, but I hope that if you have occasion to visit Cossham, or use any of North Bristol NHS Trust services, you will receive very different customer service.
