What could be improved
staff in dahlia ward very unhelpful and not interested in job very bad attitude made queens seem a great hospital, my partner daphne was in for three days in october after major surgery mastectomy, should employ some decent staff,when she asked for help to go to the toilet nobody was about on various occasions
