What I liked

I attended the Coploscopy Clinic at Aintree Hoital and was very anxious as last time the procedure had been painful and resulted in a procedure having to eb done a a day case. This time the coploscopy nurse and her team were briliant. They relaxed me and the whole procedure was over in minutes. This saved me all the stress and the NHS an operation. Despite being busy they even made me a cup of tea afterwards. I attended on 26th September in the pm.

What could be improved
