What I liked

After being diagnosed with breast cancer following a routine mammogram in June, I have only praise for all the team at the breast unit and M1 ward. Having never suffered from anything like this before I was treated with the utmost care and dignity during and following my two lots of surgery. Even though the department are so busy when I was attended upon by my consultant, breast care nurse or nursing staff I felt like I was their only lady with nothing being too much trouble for them. I am now starting chemo and know my breast care nurse will be with me all the way. Thanks again everyone you have made this journey much easier for me.
