What could be improved

Waiting to drop off a sample - department too busy to collect- if we are made to drop off samples by out of hours then there should be an easy drop off facility. The A&E dep was dirty - at least 5 sick bowls left out one with blood and bandages in. I don't expect to see that in this country- this is what you get from this selfish government. How long would it take to clear up? About 30 secs would've done it.
