About: Telford and Wrekin PCT Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

The TRAQS service was excellent.

There was confusion at GP's as they said to ask receptionist to book the TRAQS referral and then the receptionist said the doctor would do it. It wasn't passed on to TRAQS from the GP surgery until we queried it a week later because we hadn't heard. Neither the GP or the receptionist had done it!

Thank you for your positive feedback of your experience in using TRAQS.

TRAQS are working very hard with GP practices to ensure that patients are contacted as soon as possible after their referral to enable us to offer Choice and book their appointment.

I am very happy to hear that your experience of using TRAQS was a good one.
