(as the patient),

As I am not one for going to the doctors or health clinics but needed my bloods taken.

I was pleased with the instant ease that I was at, as I am very nervous I found this very relaxing. The nurse was very nice, happy and good at her job.

I was made comfortable, relaxed and a painless experience.

I have to revisit in November and I will have no hesitation in going to my next appointment.
