My daughter received a letter to phone and make an appointment. She phoned and made contact with a lovely lady who was able to offer her a cancellation appointment the next day.
We were given a code to use for the carpark, which was free, and were seen exactly on time.
The lady doctor who treated my daughter was very sensitive and kind, as was the nurse who was with her. All the staff we came in contact with were most pleasant and helpful, and genuinely seemed to care for their patients.
As a health professional myself I couldn't fail but notice how clean and tidy the waiting area was, and how efficient the staff were.
