About: Knowsley NHS Walk-in Centre, Halewood

(as the patient),

Kath, the lady who took my blood and that other lady was friendly from the start and we chatted which helped. The other lady who was nervous she (Kath) was respectful and courteous, making sure we were OK with the procedure. When it was done I told her that I had hardly felt a thing and that she was most professional in her approach and practice.
