The staff at New Cross Bone Density Clinic were exceptional. The staff nurse went out of her way to explain the results of the scan after finding out that appointment with the doctor had been cancelled. I had re-arranged the bone scan for the same as my doctors appointment, as it has been arranged for the day after my appointment.
