About: Community Health Services / Phlebotomy

(as the patient),

I wanted to take the opportunity to say how well the lady who took my blood carried out her job.

Her name is Kath Hart and she works at the Halewood Centre. I have had blood taken a number of times by Kath and she is always very professional in her dealings with me.

She puts me at ease and in my opinion she is really good at her job.

The only negative is that you have to wait 45 minutes to see her.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a comment regarding your experience of the phlebotomy service. I will ensure that your comments are fed back to the staff.

As phlebotomy is a walk in service the waiting times can vary and we are doing are best to match capacity of staffing with demand.
