About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

Very good, in fact swift, I went to the doctors on at the end of Auguest- Then a couple of days later the Traqs Team rang me to sort out what came next. I was given a hospital appointment in Wolverhampton which was no good but after a short chat about why the appointment was wrong for me I was given another one locally at the beginning of October which suited me better.

Overall, a very good experience,

Thank you so much for your feedback, TRAQS is a new service for the patients of Telford and Wrekin so its really motivating for myselkf and the team when we receive positive feedback like this. Unfortunatley if there are no appointments available at the hospital of your choice we cannot make an appointment but will do our best to offer you the soonest appointment which could be elsewhere.
