"Informed of wait made all the difference"

(as the patient),

The clinic was very clean and although it was running late, we were informed of this which makes a big difference- there is nothing worse than being ignored and being left to wonder what is happening so thanks to both the Doctor and receptionist- a simple task that makes a difference.

More magazines would have been nice to while away the time.

Thank you for posting your story about your experience at clinic, we were sorry you had to wait for your appointment, however we are glad our receptionist advised your of the delay, you might be interested to know that following other patients feedback we always try an keep our patients informed if a clinic is running late, we ask our doctors to inform our receptionists if there are delays.
