i went to the acc and emm deptof royal preston hosp.in the early hours of 6/9/12,with breathing diff.from the moment i entered the dept.i was treat with disdain,shouted at and ignored while staff were standing around laughing and talking,the dept at this time wasnt busy,i eventually left feeling humiliated
