What I liked

I was admitted Sept 2012. Gallbladder removal. The treatment I received was outstanding. I was greeted by a friendly nurse given a bed straight away and pain relief . Th Consultant made me feel so important my entire stay, the staff on the Chalkwell Ward prior to my surgery were also exceptional. My entire experience was nothing but outstanding. Even the porter who took me down to xray put a smile on my face with his ray of sunshine personality! I feel blessed I was under the care of the Consultant and his team at Southend hospital.

What could be improved

Nothing! but if I was to make one small improvement...DEcaffinated tea for those with gallstones please! thanks.
