What I liked
Opted for Preston Hospital Pain management service because Blackpool Vic's waiting list was 28 weeks/ 6 months long!!!
Got an appointment almost straight away. Attended for 1st consultation. was promised physio and a further appt for 12 weeks after the initial consultation.
Still waiting. Heard nothing from them.
Am disabled and on very strong medication and do not need the stress of trying to chase them. Surely it should be the other way round? Not Impressed
What could be improved
The Staff on this team to be more on the ball and make things such that myself and other people don't have to worry about things like this.
"Not a happy camper... Please improve"
