What I liked
The receptionist was very caring and sympathetic with every visitor. The staff were very professional and knowledgeable, and worked hard to ensure that I was successfully referred on for the right treatment.
What could be improved
Of course, they are short staffed and your appointment depends upon priority for urgent patients. More medical/ nursing staff please!
Anything else?
Be patient and take something to do! The cafe is ok and no outrageously priced.
