What could be improved

Out patient appointments are booked for 5 minutes each which is ridiculous as most appointments last 20 minutes. Every time I attend this hospital they are running massively late which takes no consideration for the patient

Unfortunately, without specific details on you and your case it is difficult to comment. Clearly your experience has fallen short of the high standard you should expect with us, particularly with regards to good communication on the waiting times.

As you would expect, some patients take longer than others to treat and it is difficult to average out an appropriate appointment slot. Nevertheless, the Trust is currently looking at all the clinic templates, in order to improve our clinic productivity & efficiency.
