What I liked

My son was admitted suddenly onto E5 - bay one,and from start to finish I can't praise the staff enough. The staff were professional and approachable and made my sons stay as comfortable as possible. I was kept informed of all decisions and they were more than happy to allay my concerns. I can't praise them enough, special thanks to the member of staff on nights.

What could be improved

The discharge took a little longer than necessary but it is a busy ward
