"Excellent care and attention going the extra mile..."

What I liked

I would just like to thank the staff nurse on duty in a&e reception desk this week (02/10/12) for the terrific help they gave me in the search for my missing uncle. If it wasn't for their tenacity and professionalism my family and I would have spent a difficult night unsure of the whereabouts of my elderly family member who suffers from mild mental health issues.

Thanks also to the other members of staff on duty that night including security who were also able to help.
