What I liked
My 16 year old daughter had an appointment for nerve studies with a consultant this morning. I cannot even begin to tell you how impressed I was. He explained every little detail so well to her and treated her like the young adult she is. His assistant was equally as helpful, polite and pleasant. The whole experience, first time at this hospital, was excellent. I really liked the quick and efficient check in booths in the main entrance.
