I've just had a consultation with a great young GP (Dr Lau). Far from the average consultation she took time to actually explain my ailment - what was happening on the inside, what was causing it, some simple behaviour changes to combat it.
Being spoken to like an intelligent adult was refreshing and much appreciated.
