About: Community Health Services / Phlebotomy

(as the patient),

Venue is conveniently situated at my G. P. surgery. Waiting time is sometimes quite long as there is only one Phlebotomist on site. On this occasion the Phlebotomist was pleasant and efficient- and got it right first time, which is not always so.

Overall this visit was fine, 'Ann' was a good exponent of your services.
