About: Knowsley NHS Walk-in Centre, Halewood

(as the patient),

I attended Halewood Clinic's Phlebotomy department. The wait was (unusually) very short, as there was more than one phlebotomist on duty.

Really good, relaxing but highly professional atmosphere. I was attended to by 'Kath', who really put me, a nervous patient, completely at ease- Great Service!
