"Pleased with my recent medical attention"

This letter is to thank all the people who have been involved in my recent medical attention.

I telephoned my doctor to tell her that I have been suffering with heart pains. She asked me to attend the surgery that day for tests.

After the tests I was immediately referred to the hospital who arranged a very quick appointment and a further test confirmed that an operation was required to put in a stent.

A date was arranged and fixed for the operation. I requested an earlier appointment which was granted.

I have been delighted with the attention I have received throughout the last few weeks and the result of having the stent put in.

I would like to convey my thanks to all concerned.
