"Poor experience fof phlebotomy services at gp"

The receptionist doubles up as phlebotomist, but did not clean the area where the blood test was to be taken. They then forgot to ask me to make a fist, and did not have any idea where to place needle. It took three attempts to get some blood, then using their fingers on the puncture areas, in attempt to stop blood.

This person obviously did not know what they were doing. I have regular blood test and have never experienced this level of incompetence. I had to tell tehm where to put the needle on the third and final attempt.
