What I liked

Heard juniors doctors shout at older people, one male doctor lefted someone in great pain- discourteous and rude service from all staff. This hospital never learns. Don't go - get your GP to refer elsewhere.

What could be improved

Junior doctors attitudes. Consultants to deal complaints 'on the spot' and not to refer to the pals - who are a waste of time and public money.
