"Really high quality care delivered with compassion"

What I liked

I have been visiting various departments at the Homerton for over a year now - surgical centre, women's outpatients, early pregnancy assessment unit, fertility clinic - and have always been treated with a high level of professionalism, courtesy and respect, by everyone from receptionists to consultants. It makes the whole process of obtaining treatment a lot easier to deal with.

What could be improved

The way the sonographer who told me I'd had a miscarriage delivered the news was not very compassionate.
