"Unprofessional"

What could be improved

Website says open till 8pm but you will not get seen if you arrive after about 6pm as they need to leave enough time for the patients already there - fine but why then not state that on the website. Numerous people were turned away during my 2 hour wait - although I arrived before many people, I was seen near enough last as there is no real queue, people will be seen before you even if you get there early.

Once you do get seen, the staff, both times I was seen, were more interested in making personal comments about me rather than dealing with my problem. I did not go there to be told what type of person I am but merely for advice, I did not tell them what I thought of them to their face, so how can they get away with it? I guess because I was the one that needed the help. Nurses find it ok to discuss patients with the reception staff thinking that no one can hear them, how unprofessional can this place be.
