About: University College Hospital

What I liked

From the moment i walked through the door I was approached by an official smartly dressed gentleman asking if he could help and from then on everyone was equally smart and eager to help.

When any patient asked 'how much longer' the staff would immediately look at the files and give an estimate. Patients were so grateful, it is so much easier to wait when you know how long you have to wait. The staff seemed to understand this and be pleased to help. Everyone smiled. Rewarding all round.

The environment was well lit and spacious. I just went to the Royal Free basement and it was like a prison and everyone was miserable.

What could be improved

One hand cleaning wall dispenser was empty

Thank you for your kind comments. Facilities do check the hand dispensers on a regular basis but your observation has been passed to them.
