What I liked
.Treated on Langham ward by kind and friendly staff.
The ward was very clean.
Open visiting was very helpful
What could be improved
Witnessed a member of staff, health care assistant, going from patient to patient wearing the same pair of gloves. Instead of washing her hands she put alcohol rub onto the gloves.
