What I liked

An extremely pleasant environment to receive treatment. I was very well cared for throughout my treatment. All staff were polite and professional throughout and my medical care was from consultants (no junior staff) at all times. The hospital is very clean and everything is well organised. The nursing staff took good care of me. Food was top-notch with a wide choice available. I found the whole hospital experience extremely pleasant from start to finish and not at all stressful. The complete hospital atmosphere is very conducive to getting well quickly in very pleasant surroundings. Free on-site parking is easy. Overall, an extremely positive experience. I feel very grateful and blessed having been able to have my NHS treatment at Spire.

What could be improved

A 'day room' or 'patient lounge' would be nice where one could meet and perhaps chat with other patients who felt like it. It would be especially good for those who may be in hospital for more than a couple of days. It can be a little isolating in a room alone all day.
