"Very clear and staff very helpful."

About: Royal Victoria Hospital (Folkestone) (Folkestone)

What I liked

Staff were friendy and helpful. Instead of just calling your name and walking away expecting you to follow, they waited until you were with them to walk down to the room that you needed to go into. This was very helpful as my sight is going and when staff just call your name and walk away , you often wonder excately were they have disappeared to.

What could be improved

Nothing, very good Outpatients
