What I liked

I had to attend the Hearing Centre to be fitted with an earing aid. I was attended to by a staff member who was absolutely brilliant. She did not rush me and spent time explaining everything and i came away feeling very confident and reassured that i could cope with the earing aid. I would have no hessitation in recommending this department.
