What I liked

I found this Hospital to be exceptional with regard to the care they provided. I was seen within 30minutes of arriving, maybe because of my symptoms though but that shows they have a system in place for the more urgent cases.

I live in Hampshire and from my experience I would say without doubt that this hospital provided a far better service than the A & E department at the Royal Winchester Hospital.

The Doctor on duty that day was the best Doctor I've come across in many years

What could be improved

I thought the reception desk was situated too near the waiting area! People could hear everyone's emergencies which can be distressing for everyone within that area.

Move the desk position or screen the area somehow?
