About: Chapel Allerton Hospital

What I liked

I contacted the hospital a couple of weeks ago the alter an appointment for x-ray's (although x-ray department is not listed for this hospital) they said I had to call back in two weeks to make another appointment which I have been trying to do this morning but there is no reply, the helpful receptionist tried to put me through & the general hospital line number also tried but to no avail it is obvious from the last time I visited this hospital in July that the management have no structure and the staff come & go as they please there is a total lack of proffessionalism at Chapel Allerton on top of this it is a shabby place never looks clean

What could be improved

Staff could be a lot more helpful and attentive (this does not relate to the receptionist who does all she can)

It could also do with a good tidy up
