"Nurses really let the unit down"

What I liked

I was seen relatively quickly. Easy parking. The radiographer put me at ease in a stressful situation.

What could be improved

Nurses did not even tell me the outcome of my x-rays. No bedside manner. I told them I was anxious and I was barely spoken to. One nurse ate a mars bar and others quarrelled over work to be done.
