What I liked

The care I was given was excellent. I was kept informed at every stage and the staff worked extremely hard to make sure that I was comfortable.

The staff went the extra mile for all patients in their care, particularly the staff on CCU and AE.

What could be improved

The food, lack of fruit on the menu.

Anything else?

I would recommend this hospital to anyone, very clean and the care is excellent.

Thank you for your feedback and I am pleased that you had a good experience of our service. I will pass your comments onto our Emergency Department and Coronary Care Unit teams.

I am sorry that there was no fruit available on the menu at the time you were being cared for by us. I have checked with our catering team and fruit is normally offered routinely on patient menus. I am sorry that this did not happen in your case.
