What I liked

Our lovely grand-daughter, Sophie , fell out of a bedroom window three weeks ago, and had a serious injury to her head.We cannot speak too highly of the marvellous work done by the surgeons and nursing staff. We are hugely relieved to say that she appears to have made a complete recovery, and that is solely due to the care and expertise of everyone involved in her treatment. We prayed for a miracle, and you have given her back to us. We shall never forget what an enormous debt we owe you all.
