"Not a very caring service here - avoid if you can"

About: University College Hospital

What I liked

Nothing

What could be improved

The doctor that I saw treated me like a child throughout the examination.

First they lost my notes, sent me home to use my own medication as she said they would not supply them. They phoned me later as arranged to let me know that they'd found my notes and that there was no need to come back.

Then they wrote to my GP stating that I had walked out contrary to their advice!

Anything else?

Doctors should treat patients as people and not hospital numbers. I have a feeling that they only want to tick boxes.
