My mum was a patient at the Northern General Hospital with chronic heart failure. The staff were very friendly and responded fairly quickly to mum's needs. They were, at times, short on staff and so could not give everyone care at the same time. More staff would help improve this situation.
My mum was very ill prior to attending the Northern General, but with all the care there, she has become well quite quickly.
