What I liked

Attended the Minor Injuries Unit after falling off my bike & damaging a wrist. Was logged in immediately after arrival and was seen by the duty nurse within 5 minutes. My wrist was given a very thorough and professional examination & I was assured there was nothing broken. I was then advised about the best way to treat the injury. I could not fault the staff and facilities at this new unit.

What could be improved

The web site is very sparse, hard to find opening times, only 2 negative comments which do not reflect the service provided by the Minor Accident Unit.
